The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction where such use would be contrary to law. The Services are not tailored to comply with HIPAA, FISMA, or GLBA.

We own or are licensed to use all intellectual property rights in our Services, including source code, software, website designs, text, photographs, and graphics, as well as all trademarks and logos. The Content and Marks are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any breach of these rights will terminate your right to use our Services immediately.

By using the Services, you represent that all registration information you submit is true and accurate, you have the legal capacity to agree to these terms, you are not a minor, and your use will not violate any applicable law.

You agree to keep your password confidential and are responsible for all use of your account. We reserve the right to remove or change usernames deemed inappropriate.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time. Prices are subject to change.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. All payments are in US dollars. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.

Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled. You may cancel at any time by logging into your account — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term. We may update subscription fees with notice in accordance with applicable law.

All sales are final and no refund will be issued.

You may not use the Services for any purpose other than what we make available. Prohibited uses include:

• Systematically retrieving data to create unauthorized databases or directories
• Tricking, defrauding, or misleading us or other users
• Circumventing or disabling security features of the Services
• Uploading or transmitting viruses or malicious software
• Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers without authorization
• Impersonating another user or person
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating our employees or other users
• Using the Services to compete with us or for commercial purposes

If you create or submit any contributions, you warrant they are accurate, original, non-infringing, and not obscene or harmful. Any use of the Services in violation of these terms may result in termination of your access.

You retain full ownership of your contributions. By submitting feedback or suggestions, you agree we may use and share that feedback without compensation to you.

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on your device strictly in accordance with these Legal Terms. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or use the App for commercial purposes. Terms from Apple and Google Play also apply where applicable.

We reserve the right to monitor the Services for violations, take legal action against violators, remove excessive or burdensome content, and otherwise manage the Services to protect our rights and property.

We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy. The Services are hosted in the United States.

These Legal Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We reserve the right to deny access, terminate your account, or remove your content at any time, without warning, at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time without notice. We are not liable for any downtime, interruptions, or discontinuance of the Services.

These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Crow Wing County, Minnesota. You waive the right to a jury trial and class-action proceedings. Disputes must be commenced within one (1) year of the cause of action.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on the Services at any time without prior notice.

The services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of the Services' content.

In no event will we be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages. Our liability to you for any cause will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us during the twelve (12) month period prior to any cause of action.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any loss, damage, liability, or claim arising out of your use of the Services, breach of these terms, or violation of any third party's rights.

We maintain certain data you transmit for the purpose of managing the Services. You are solely responsible for all data you transmit. We are not liable for any loss or corruption of such data.

Visiting the Services and sending emails constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that they satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

These Legal Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. Our failure to exercise any right shall not operate as a waiver. These terms operate to the fullest extent permissible by law.
